This lovely farmhouse had been remodeled in the 1980’s in a Santa Fe style. The homeowners wanted a more Mediterranean feel and an updated aesthetic throughout. We converted a large garage addition into a laundry room, rec room, exercise room, while keeping a portion of the garage with office suite above. We also enhanced connectivity throughout by opening up a long dark back hallway and creating breezeways with lots of natural light. Take a look a these side-by-side before & after images.
